After labour day we will be moving back to 5 days a week Monday to Friday 8:30 to 4:30 till October 13. 

 Admission

  • Adults: $10.00 + $1.50 HST = $11.50
  • Student : $9.00 + $1.35 HST = $10.35
  • Kids 6 to 8 $6:00 + $.90 HST – $6.90
  • 5 and under: Free
  • Seniors: $9.00 + $1.35 HST = $10.35
  • Family (2 adults, 2 kids): $28.00 + $4.20 HST = $32.20
  • School Tours (teachers, chaperones, bus drivers free): $5.38 + $0.81 HST = $6.19
  • Non-profit: $7.00 + $1.05 HST = $8.05

 

The Tea Room is open Monday to Friday 10 am till 3 pm. 

Due to the farmer position not being filled, carriages rides at the moment are limited to times the site manager is on site. Weather permitting.
 
The blacksmith forge is closed to demonstrations when  the air temperature reaches 30 c.

Driving Directions to Orwell

Orwell Corner Historic Village is located just off the Trans Canada Highway, Route #1 midway between Charlottetown (28 kms-20 minutes) and the Northumberland Ferries Terminal at Wood Islands (32 kms – 25 minutes).

From Charlottetown

Take the Hillsborough Bridge and follow the Trans-Canada Hwy East.
Head southeast on the Trans-Canada Hwy toward Bunbury Rd and continue for 25 km.
Turn left onto MacPhail Park Rd and take the first right into the parking lot.

From Montague – 18 kms or 20 minutes

Take Route 210 across to Kinross and down to the Trans Canada. Turn right and then take your first right and follow the signs.

From Cavendish National Park – Approximately 70 kms or 45 minutes
